Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Marketing Assistant - AMA application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

AI Marketing Assistant - AMA is a mobile application that provides AI-powered marketing assistance tools and features. The App helps users create, manage, and optimize their marketing content and strategies using artificial intelligence technology.

User Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the App
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App
• Use the App to generate spam, misleading, or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the AI features to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design) are owned by Nguyen Duc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Content you create using the App remains your intellectual property

AI-Generated Content

Our App utilizes artificial intelligence to assist with marketing content creation. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for verifying and editing AI-generated content before publishing or using it
• The App should not be used to create content that is deceptive, misleading, or violates third-party rights

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Currently, the App does not offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All features are available without additional payment. Should we introduce paid features in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified before any charges apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nguyen Duc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nguyen Duc from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the App
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you create, submit, or transmit through the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
